LiteAppStore Google Play

Terms and conditions

These terms apply to the website liteappstore.com. By using the site you accept them. They don't limit any right you have as a consumer under Romanian or EU law. Citește în română.

1. Who runs the site

The site and the apps on it are published by an independent developer, registered in Romania as a persoană fizică autorizată (PFA, a sole trader). The details below are required by Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce.

2. What the site is

LiteAppStore is a free catalog of the developer's Android apps. It shows each app's description, screenshots, price and ratings as published on Google Play, plus our own notes. It has no accounts and no forms, and it doesn't sell anything. Every "Get it on Google Play" button takes you to Google Play.

3. Downloads, purchases and refunds

4. Using the apps safely

5. Intellectual property

The apps, this site's text, design and code belong to Marinescu Andras Ionut PFA and are protected by Law 8/1996 on copyright. You may browse, share links to and quote short parts of the site with a link back. Copying the site or the apps in bulk, or reusing them commercially, needs written permission. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

6. Accuracy and availability

We keep the catalog accurate, but listings can change on Google Play before they change here. The site is provided as it is, and may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Links to other sites, Google Play included, are there for convenience; those sites have their own terms.

7. Liability

The site is a free information service. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses that come from using it or from it being unavailable. Under art. 1355 of the Romanian Civil Code, nothing here limits liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for injury to a person.

8. Personal data

The site has no accounts, cookies or analytics; what it processes is on the privacy page, and the apps' own policy is here. Personal data is handled under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Law 190/2018. You can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.

9. Complaints and disputes

10. Changes

We may update these terms when the site or the law changes; the date below shows the current version. The Romanian version, Termeni și condiții, has the same content.
